Description
Mix 1 scoop (8.4g) 1 time per day. Mix product well using a shaker cup in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise.
