Why Buffered?
By buffering Zipfuel with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and potassium bicarbonate we are helping to reduce the bodies pH. Exercise causes the build-up of lactic acid in the muscles. When lactic acid levels get too high the muscle shuts down "Hitting the Wall" syndrome. Sodium and potassium bicarbonate help to reduce lactic acid build up. Zipfuel helps preserve energy and muscle function in endurance activity as well as high intensity short burst activities.
Recommended Dose (adults):Mix one scoop (7.5g) with 250ml water. Take one serving on non-workout days and two servings on training days. For best results, take immediately before and after your exercise regime.
