Weight Gainers

Weight gainers are essentially meal replacements with a higher ratio of Carbohydrates to protein (3:1 or 4:1 ratios) giving you more calories per serving than any other protein supplement. If you're what's considered a 'hard-gainer' we suggest halving the serving size but take it 2-3 times daily; it is easier to ingest 500 calories 2-3 times a day then one serving of 1000 calories.
