Weight gainers are essentially meal replacements with a higher ratio of Carbohydrates to protein (3:1 or 4:1 ratios) giving you more calories per serving than any other protein supplement. We suggest halving the serving size but take it 2 or more times each day; it is better to take 500 calories twice a day then one serving of 1000 calories.
