Caffeine Directions To Use
One-half to one capsule not more often than every 3-4 hours up to a maximum of 5 tablets / capsules (1,000 mg) in 24hours.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not suggested Caffeine for use.
For occasional use only! The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the amount of caffeine-containing medications, beverages (coffee, tea, colas), or foods (chocolate), as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart rates.
Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes, or heart problems.
