Helps so much

I have been doing Keto for a while and was having issues with hunger and brain fog. I was having trouble concentrating. I started to add the Ketones to so crystal Light and sipping during the day. Big Difference. I am not getting the brain fog and I am eating a lot less so the weight I coming off really fast now. Down 53 lbs, my goal is 80lbs. I don't think I could have lost the weight without Ketones. I highly recommend if your on the keto diet.
