Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement take 4 (Four) 3MPD CAPTABs twice daily with water, take with or without food. Use with a 5 Day-On and 2 Day-Off schedule through your complete 30-Day Cycle.
Workout Days: (Evening Training Sessions) Upon waking take 1st dose and Following intense training sessions. (Morning training sessions) Take your 1st dose after training and your 2nd dose 6 to 8 hours later. (Mid-day training Sessions) Take your 1st dose after training and your 2nd dose prior to sleeping. Important: Take on a 5 Day On 2 Day Off Schedule.
Non-Workout Days: Take 1st dose upon waking and your 2nd dose 6 to 8 hours later. Important: Take on a 5 Day-On 2 Day-Off Schedule.
NOTE:
