ARGININE is considered a semi-essential amino acid. What that means is the body produces ARGININE normally, but sometimes the body needs more than is available and ARGININE needs to be supplemented. Food sources such as peanuts and almonds are natural sources of ARGININE, but for those looking to enhance athletic performance or increase lean muscle mass, it is difficult to derive the amount required by the body in optimal results from food sources.

Recent University level research confirms ARGININE’s ability to act as a natural precursor to Creatine synthesis in the body.

It has also been shown to increase natural levels of Growth Hormone and increase the body’s ability to consume and utilize oxygen, primarily due to its ability to increase levels of Nitric Oxide (increase Vasodilatation).

ALLMAX ARGININE is a Japanese-Grade and ultra-pure form of ARGNINE. It is produced in a pharmaceutical grade and government inspected facility. An exclusive 11-stage process derives this powerful amino monopeptide from a pure vegetable base. This means no potential animal contamination and no animal by-product sources can be found in ALLMAX ARGININE.

1. What is ARGININE?

ARGININE is considered a semi-essential amino acid. What that means is the body produces ARGININE normally, but sometimes the body needs more than is available and ARGININE needs to be supplemented. Food sources such as peanuts and almonds are natural sources of ARGININE, but for those looking to enhance athletic performance or increase lean muscle mass, it is difficult to derive the amount required by the body in optimal results from food sources.

2. Who can use ALLMAX ARGININE?

Anyone can take ARGININE from those who exercise, to athletes, to bodybuilders. Those who are under the age of 18, those with genitor-urinary problems or cold sores should not take it. Also, if you have myocardial infraction (heart attack) or have established coronary disease you should not consume ARGININE.

3. How do I take ARGININE?

Mix one rounded teaspoon (5g) of ALLMAX ARGININE in water or juice 1-3 times daily. For training sessions and athletic events, take ALLMAX ARGININE approximately 30 minutes prior to training. At times when you are not training, mix one teaspoon (5g) of ALLMAX ARGININE upon waking and/or prior to sleeping.

4. I’ve heard ARGININE doesn’t taste very good, how can I combat this?

Add a bit of non-sugar sweetener or lemon juice with water to 5g of ARGININE to increase the flavor.

5. What are Side Effects associated with ARGININE?

ARGININE is a natural supplement. It has been found to be safe even in large dosages, with very few side effects. It is safe to take and completely natural.

6. Can I mix with other Supplements?

Yes, and to increase the benefit of other supplements, ALLMAX ARGININE can be mixed into Protein Shakes such as ISOFLEX and Creatine delivery drinks such as KRUSH4.

7. How much ARGININE should I take for best results?

Most research indicates to consume 6 to 9 grams of ARGININE a day for maximal results. By comparison, regular ARGININE capsules provide only 500 to 750 mg, which is less than a gram of ARGININE. Besides, with the capsule you would need to take up to 12 capsules to be equivalent with ALLMAX ARGNINE, which is in powdered format and much easier to consume.

Arginine Makes my arms look bigger Review by Billy Big Arms
I think i am hooked on arms, that's all i seem to write reviews of. I put a scoop of this in my pre-workout drink on arm days to give me a bigger pump. I find that a lot of the new Pre-Workouts are missing the Pump. (Posted on 4/11/12)
